strikethrough is not working in all components were full rich text editor is used

Description

Strikeout of letter is not working in edit mode in all component were full rich text editor is used

Steps to reproduce

Open "https://edit.master-7rqtwti-jvaff4bu65vgm.us-2.platformsh.site/404/"
Click edit sysmbol
Select full rich text
Click strike out icon

Expected result

Selected Full rich text should be strikeout

Actual result

Full rich text looks remain same

Is strikethrough still available as a formatting option? I don't see it in the editor:

I did a little digging and noticed strikethrough is missing from the following file. Is that intentional?
