Yes, looks like it is, unfortunately. Wish the author had mentioned in README that it's no longer maintained. |

Previously, old version of
watchdoglibrary was being used, which is not compatible with Python 3.3+. I have modifiedwatchdogversion to latest inrequirements.txt. This fixes Issue 127.
