Show more extension metadata on details page #7

We should show more fields of the package.json on the extension details page.

The publisher is likely to be the same for many extensions within an organization. Showing the author too would be useful.
Add a repository link, if provided. If not an HTTPS link, maybe try to infer links such as Gerrit, or just copy link to clipboard.
Add a license link, if provided.
Add a way to provide a support link. Simplest option is mailto author if author provides email address.

+1 on this. It would be great to have the repository link show up on the details page.
