Equivalent of remote.SSH.defaultExtensions #64

It would be very helpful to have an equivalent of remote.SSH.defaultExtensions in order to automatically install private extensions on remote host.

Hello,

I had the same need as you.

As workaround I use this extension https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=colas.post-startup-hook
push a shell script on the remote-server that is executer by the extension.
The shell script is just a curl to artifactory to download by vsix file and then install it in command line
