Windows works!!!

Just for others looking in vain for a windows node mp3 player, this one works - hurrah.

Note to everyone, I think the readme code is missing the require

var mpg123Util = require('node-mpg123-util');

You also need possibly need to install speaker, which needs Python I think? I did this using
npm --add-python-to-path='true' --debug install --global windows-build-tools (from an elevated powershell prompt) ref: felixrieseberg/windows-build-tools#56
