Swagger is not disabled in the FAST profile

@tomcgn found that Swagger was not disabled under the fast profile. He discovered that the FAST profile was removed from the @Profile annotation in SwaggerConfiguration when the generator was updated to use Springfox 2.0. The docs still state it will be disabled: http://jhipster.github.io/profiles.html

• Suggest a Fix

Either update the docs to state that Swagger won't be disabled, update them to have disabling Swagger as a "tip", or readd the FAST profile to the annotation.
