Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is feature drift between the jfrog-go-client and the REST API. On the REST API a user can include the alias for an identity token aka the reference token. However, when using the jfrog-go-client this paramter is missing entirely.

See the REST API docs for more details on missing parameters.

Describe the solution you'd like to see
The include_reference_token parameter added to the jfrog-go-client so there is feature parity with the REST API.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not using the jfrog-go-client and making http requests to the REST API with net/http package. This introduces lots of boilerplate code.
