Error: Post "http://pluginManager/updateCenter/": dial tcp: lookup pluginManager on 100.100.2.138:53: no such host
Usage:
jcli plugin install [flags]

Examples:
jcli plugin install localization-zh-cn
jcli plugin install localization-zh-cn@1.0.9

It looks like there is something wrong in the config file. Please poste it via jcli config edit
