Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Nope

Describe the solution you'd like
use "plugin info" to print information about newly upgraded plugins and another command(haven't come up with one) to print suggestions on which plugins are safe to upgrade

Describe alternatives you've considered
maybe need to gather some text from two websites and the solution haven't been made yet
