Update on ci.jenkins.io:

• the plugin was marked for uninstallation (thanks!) but the controller wasn't restarted
• also removed the jquery bundle as per the warning message
• Updated plugins index, and upgraded all plugins
• Triggered a controller restart: no more warnings \o/
