Please describe your bug

Two Version 1.0.9.0 and 1.0.9.1 after update that two version, New Videos after scan, new video scenes won't show up.
But old videos still have scenes.

Reproduction Steps

1.Use Google Chrome under Windows system to open jellyfin installed in a non-virtual environment on the Debian server.
2.There is nothing special about the configuration.
3.Scan Libary
4.Video won't show up scenes.

Jellyfin Version

10.9.0

Hi, it seems like your issue report has the following item(s) that need to be addressed:

  • You have not filled in the environment completely.

I get this too. Thought it was just me lol

It also seems the metadata wont pull either for new scenes. I'll see if theres a bug open for that

mine updated to 10.9.1 and it will crash and quit by it self. my jellyfin server was setup on a windows10 X64 virtul enviroment, nothing special too.

For me it seems that real chapters (included in the video file) still work, but "fake" ones (1 chapter every 5min) are not generated anymore.
Thus no "Scenes" block is shown if the video doesn't contain chapters.

EDIT: I think I've found the culprit

I think there needs to be a "What's New" on startup like most software. It's confusing to have a new feature buried away
