Please describe your bug

Latest update has broken my parental controls as tags are no longer being inherited by the seasons series.

I have to manually update the metadata for every season in order to give access back to the profiles that make use of tags.

This occured straight after upgrading to 10.9.1. can't rollback as changes have been made to the database during the upgrades that are not backwards compatible.

Reproduction Steps

Install 10.8
Create two users
Assign restricted access to one of the users and add tags.
Pick a series with multiple seasons, add required tags to allow restricted user access.
Check and confirm access to the series and seasons with restricted user
Upgrade to 10.9.1
Go to series with tags using restricted user.
Notice that all seasons and episodes are no longer visible to restricted user.

Jellyfin Version

10.9.0
