[Issue]: Latest update broke home UI on client #11623

Please describe your bug

The home UI will now load the rest of the UI ever since the latest client update came out but going to the web UI on the browser works fine, I have tested this on multiple devices and they all suffer from the same issue with the PC client, the mobile app is not affected by this bug

Reproduction Steps

Open desktop client blank screen with no categories, watched shows, up next etc show up on the screen
