Playback > "Skip forward/back length" setting has no effect

Describe the bug
Changing this setting to any of the provided values and then pressing "Save" still skips the default 5 minute value either way, even after restarting the server, restarting the phone, restarting movie, etc.

System (please complete the following information):

• iOS Version: 14
• Jellyfin Expo version: 1.5.0
• Jellyfin Server version: 10.8.0

Additional context
Only workaround is to use the option that replaces the player with the native iOS one, but then I'd be missing the playback speed feature which I use.
