Calculation? Lead Time or Cycle Time

Hi! I love this extension! I did have a question on how the flow efficiency calculates since I believe its usually against cycle time. We have user story boards where cycle time doesn't start when a ticket moves into the column immediately adjacent to the right. Our cycle time starts after a few more columns after. We have the proper states aligned to the categories on the back end for ADO (Proposed/In Progress/Closed) to ensure proper calculations. Does the flow efficiency calculate against cycle time only or full lead time? Or maybe whatever we choose since we can click work v wait time or none at all if we don't want a column to be calculated into the percent? Thank you!
