Issue summary

If you set --glow: 1 the text-shadow is added to .terminal which mean that any color of the text is ignored.

Expected behavior

The glow should be same color as text

Actual behavior

The glow color is main terminal color

Steps to reproduce

  1. add --glow: 1;
  2. echo blue text using terminal formatting
