Wheel for 3.5.0 contains the Misc/NEWS.d directory #77

The wheel for version 3.5.0 contains the file Misc/NEWS.d/next/Library/2021-05-14-16-06-02.bpo-44095.v_pLwY.rst, which then gets added to the site-packages directory after installing zipp. I wouldn't expect this file to be included in the wheel and installed.

The file was added by 48e9188

It's not clear to me if this directory needs to be in the git repository.

If it’s needed, then I think adding Misc to the excludes in the setup.cfg file should fix the issue.

Yes, the introduction of that file was a mistake due to cherry-picking commits from CPython.
