Please read these terms of use ("terms of use", "agreement") carefully before using Ambie or the Sound Catalogue operated by Jenius Apps ("us", "we", "our").
By using this app, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the app and uninstall it. Jenius Apps only grants use and access to this app and its services to those who have accepted the terms.

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided by this app is the property of Jenius Apps (unless otherwise specified such as sounds belonging to their respective owners). You agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute Ambie's intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations. You may reuse Ambie's open source code as long as your usage follows its license. But names, trademarks, and other non-code content in Ambie must follow this Agreement.
You agree that any Ambie Original purchases from the Sound Catalogue provide you access to the sound for offline usage inside of Ambie only. You do not own the sound. You agree to not extract Ambie Original sounds outside of Ambie. Usage of the sound outside of Ambie (such as in your projects or business) requires explicit consent from the sound's owner. Please contact us at jenius_apps@outlook.com if you wish to contact the sound owner.
You agree that all sounds you upload to Ambie Catalogue are sounds you created, you own, or you have the rights and permissions to upload that sound to our Catalogue. Upon uploading the sound and successful review, you agree that it will become downloadable by other Ambie users for offline usage. We do not own your sound after uploading. We reserve the right to remove your sound from the Catalogue at any time for any reason. By uploading your sound, you understand the risk that users may find a way to extract your sound outside of Ambie and use it outside the app. We are not liable for any damages, loss of revenue, or breaches of your rights.
You agree to indemnify Jenius Apps and its affiliates and hold Jenius Apps harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal consel.
Jenius Apps is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our app and services.
Jenius Apps reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through notices inside the app. This Agreement is understanding between Jenius Apps and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this app and its services.
