ipfs.io fixed navbar is illegible against content/bkgd when scrolling #139

Problem
The fixed ipfs.io navbar style (transparent background and white text) is illegible against white background and all text

Reproduce
ipfs.io -> scroll down to first content section and see navbar "disappear"

Recommendation
Change text color within div or add more opacity to navbar
