订阅失败: 网络错误（HTTP status client error (403 Forbidden) for url，但是浏览器可以正常打开rss订阅地址

一样的问题，应该是user agent的问题，有的网站可能设置了防火墙

如果网站禁止了机器人，不应该尝试绕过
