If you still have your IOTA on the Trinity wallet you will first need to migrate to the new Chrysalis network. The guide you can follow is https://blog.iota.org/firefly-token-migration/ . Read it through carefully and follow the steps. Make sure to backup your new seed that is now based on 24 phrases.

But, as the exchanges also does the migration and have to update their backend, deposits and withdrawals are currently disabled. So you will not be able to send them to the exchanges until they open up again.

If you have your IOTA currently using a Ledger Nano, you will need to wait for the version of Firefly that supports Ledger Nano migration, that should be out during May.
