Ledger Nano receive transaction

Bug description

After receiving fund on a ledger nano s account, Trinity ask to connect ledger nano S to confirm the received transaction. There is a cancel button but it does nothing.

Trinity/User already confirmed the address when generating it, no need to check it again when receiving funds on that address.

Impossible to open trinity until user reconnect the ledger nano s.

Trinity should open without having to connect the hardware wallet.

Trinity asks to connect hardware wallet.
