Reader mode flag for Browser.open()

Users would like an option to open the in-app browser with reader mode on.

Platform(s)

iOS-only.

Preferred Solution

Enable entersReaderIfAvailable on SFSafariViewController.

Alternatives

Since it's a flag, it's not worth creating a whole new plugin for.
