create bundler run for designer and runtime

create a build run, wich minifies/bundles the designer and the runtime.

need to look how it works with import attributes (wich the designer uses), and the vscode integration (maybe remove it from designer and create a extra designer npm wich includes it correctly and not via lazy loading)

wich minifier/bundler should we use? parcel, esbuild, webpack, don't know...
