Issue with saving AP & LF RMSMAP

Hi,

I am seeing these error messages appear when I am running these lines:

STEP 2: SAVE AP & LF RMSMAP

extract_rmsmap(ap_bin_path, out_folder=out_path, spectra=False)
extract_rmsmap(lf_bin_path, out_folder=out_path)
in order to save the AP and LF RMSMAP

Error messages:

I do get these outputs in my output folder after running this line: extract_rmsmap(ap_bin_path, out_folder=out_path, spectra=False)

So overall, I was wondering if these error messages that I am seeing will affect my analysis later on when I load these files onto the iblenv gui?
