Feature Request: Ability to reference cells in notes in dashboards

I would like to be able to create a note with a link to a particular cell in a dashboard. This is especially useful for v2 templates where cells might be accompanied with a lot of notes. Thank you :)

Is this possible, in general -- is there a url for a particular cell in a dashboard that I could link to?

I've got a related question up at https://community.influxdata.com/t/log-viewer-url-parameter-to-encode-the-query/26960 -- looking for a way (a url) that would show log info just for a particular machine (going to /chronograf/logs shows all log info)
