Alternative, --threads-strategy=conservative

Describe alternatives you've considered

--threads=max is already added.

Additional context

The gotchas described by Infection core developers wouldn't actually be known by end users, saying "it's dangerous" in the GH comments or docs doesn't provide the best experience.

If we can have Infection ship some of these decisions behind easily digestible names, it could make a difference.
