Not tagged as a bug since I'm not sure if it's suited for this, or if I'm doing something wrong.

  1. Open the multiple-fonts example
  2. Change the Roboto font to for example, Noto Emoji
  3. Make it print out a basic smile emoji
  4. Watch it crash

I'm trying to draw basic emojis in my own UI, but it's refusing to work due to this issue.

I suspect this is a bug for the upstream library

Might be same issue as ocornut/imgui#6302 although that doesn't mention crashing

That's now been fixed, although can't utilize it in imgui-rs yet.
