Update to latest svgo release #48

One motivation for updating to a recent svgo release is that the issue with prefix IDs had been fixed.
For preventing long term issues, svgo should be used as a peerDependency instead a normal dependency.

This is caused by a dependency issue with https://github.com/sindresorhus/gulp-imagemin.
