Option to only download N oldest

Summary

Add a new flag --oldest N or similar, to old download the oldest N photos (similar to --recent, but with ascending date).

Context

An example use-case here is for when you wish to keep the most recent photos on your iCloud, but want to archive the old ones to disk and delete from iCloud. Another use case is for when you are downloading a big old library for the first time, where you might want back up the old stuff first.

If there was a date or number of days cut-off possible, that would be great too (similar to #682 for --recent).

Is there any update on this request? I have close to 10 Year's worth of Photo's in iCloud, and I'd like to delete old content to free up iCloud space.

Example:

Older than <4 Years> - Download & Delete
Younger than <4 Years> - Keep in iCloud.
