Add a button to delete a developer's account.
Edit: This must be discussed. Delete accounts right away or give users a period of time to recover it? Or just disable accounts forever and keep user's dependent data (such as their bots and comments, like Reddit does)? @Utzig26, @Ewerthon-izi
