The README for this library says that is is Tested against the latest release, HEAD ref, and 3 previous minor versions (counting back from the latest release) of Vault. Current official support covers Vault v1.2.4 or later.

This is untrue as I tried to find a way to configure Vault following this document https://learn.hashicorp.com/tutorials/vault/database-creds-rotation using this library, and it is not possible to do so. The tutorial works on Vault >v1.2.
