Related to huggingface/huggingface.js#341?

To reproduce, go to https://huggingface.co/docs/hub/datasets-viewer-configure

click the first link (data files formats)

it sends to https://huggingface.co/docs/hub/datasets-adding, but the anchor (#file-formats) has been removed.

Right-clicking the link + "Open in a new tab" works as expected and sends to the "File formats" section.

Update: it only does so in Firefox and Safari, not in Chrome
