Bind local address

Trying to do a round-robin requests with local address binding.

  def initialize(host, port)
    super(host, port, get_local_ip)
  end
  def open(host, port)
    super(host, port, get_local_ip)
  end
  def get_local_ip
    ip = Rails.configuration.local_ip
    return nil unless ip
    @@ip_cnt ||= 0
    @@ip_cnt += 1
    ip[@@ip_cnt % ip.size]
  end
end

ip_cnt = Rails.configuration.local_ip.size
@httpls = ip_cnt.times.map do
  HTTP::Client.new(
    socket_class: MyTCPSocket,
    features: {auto_inflate: {}},
    timeout_options: {connect: 5, read: 10},
    keep_alive_timeout: 10,
    persistent: @endpoint
  )
end
@http = @httpls[id % @httpls.size]
