Select: open and close with mouse isn't ideal yet #19

The open and close behavior from the select with mouse interactions isn't yet ideal. There are some issues:

Clicking the trigger is not toggling the select, it always sets to open
When in multiselect mode, clicking an option closes the select, while it actually should stay open?
