Yes, I have to rebuild/restart hickory_server when I need to change the ports the server listens to.

This isn't really a problem and I doubt this feature is worth the coding effort.
In my case, this feature would save me some time but it is minimal.
Changing binds is not something that is done often, and in my current project, a simple service restart is near instantaneous.
So, it is more for the sake of simplicity than saving time.

That said, it could be a nice QoL change to have the ability to rebind all the ports the server listens to without the need to rebuild/restart.
