Can we change the value of "permalink" in the project configuration from a string to an array?

Hi, Can we change the value of "permalink" in the project configuration from a string to an array?
Sort them in a descending (priority) order, like this:

permalink:
  - posts/:endpoint/  # If defined in the front-matter of a post, e.g., my-first-blog, it's beneficial for SEO.
  - posts/:hash/      # If not defined, this default hash value endpoint will be triggered.
