What is the current behavior?

The CLI docs at https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/heroku-cli-commands have not been updated since June 14, 2023.

In addition, they contain broken links, such as:

...which (a) 404s, (b) links to the v7.66.3 version which is not the latest release.

What is the expected behavior?

Dev Center CLI docs to be up to date with the latest CLI release.

We are aware of this issue and have a GUS ticket to re-automate this. We will get it prioritized as well as get a manual update completed as soon as we are able.
