"Heroku Login" on safari will not work - IP address Mismatch

What is the current behavior?

Heroku Login will not work on Safari, IP address Mismatch will appear on Safari as of 15.5. It works fine when switching to chrome.

What is the expected behavior?

Heroku Login should allow safari to login when redirected.

This seems to be related to iCloud Private Relay. IMO, there should be a way to make this work.

As part of our continuing efforts to improve security across the platform, an additional check was added a few years ago to heroku login to require the IP address of both the CLI and web browser to align. We are aware that this feature has caused problems for some of our users and will be evaluating potential alternatives. In the meantime, we recommend either using another browser (the URL can be copied and pasted, you shouldn't need to change your default browser) or you can set an HTTP proxy that will allow the IP addresses to align.
