[epic] Mono repo migration

Current tasks for moving all heimdalljs libs into this mono repo

• (heimdall-logger) ([chore] move heimdalljs-logger to monorepo #106)
• (heimdalljs-graph) ([chore] move heimdalljs-graph to monorepo #110)
• (heimdall-fs-monitor) ([chore] move heimdall-fs-monitor to monorepo #126)
• (heimdall-query) ([chore] move heimdalljs-query to monorepo #111)
• (babel6-plugin-strip-heimdall) ([chore] move babel6-plugin-strip-heimdall to monorepo #113)
• (heimdalljs-require-monitor) ([chore] move heimdalljs-require-monitor to monorepo #112)
• add deprecation and statuses to all repos migrated to look at this repo for new code changes.
• Update README to point out this is a mono repo ([chore] update readme to show that this is a mono-repo #129)
• Rename repo to heimdalljs/heimdalljs
• do a major 1.0.0 release with new locations ([epic] reverting 0.3 changes and layering on features with backward compatibility. #128)

After that Is done we should probably rename this to repo to heimdalljs as it will be the central location for all things heimdall.

@gabrielcsapo still need to update all of hte package.json's to point to the new location, at the moment the other repos are archived but there is no way for someone to actually find this new home

I have a work item to fix close out this issue this week. Will add that to the work that needs to be done.
