Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Over the past years, I started to daily use AsciiDoc to write documentation. It's challenging to switch between Markdown and AsciiDoc all the time. I'd love to use AsciiDoc as markup language in HedgeDoc.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add support for AsciiDoc markup in the editor. Let the user choose which markup should be used, preferably per document.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I wouldn't think of any alternative right now.

Hey @tobru,

thanks for your feature suggestion. As stated in the readme file, we're currently focusing on the development of HedgeDoc 2 and therefore don't add new features to HedgeDoc 1.x.

HedgeDoc is very centered around it's markdown processing core, so we currently don't intend to add support for other markup languages. However as this might change in the future, I'll let this issue open for future consideration.
