Hazelcast 5.3.6 is referring to incorrect XSD version 4.0

Hi,

I am upgrading hazelcast to the latest version 5.3.6 and updated the XML to use hazelcast-config-5.4.xsd as mentioned below. But, it picks up hazelcast-config-4.0.xsd instead. I am unable to override this. I was wondering why is the latest version still having the old xsd on it. Can someone please help?
