Description

AWS just announced support for configuring maximum throughput limits for DynamoDB tables in on-demand capacity mode.

Please add support for this to the aws_dynamodb_table!

Affected Resource(s) and/or Data Source(s)

  • aws_dynamodb_table

Potential Terraform Configuration

resource "aws_dynamodb_table" "example" {
  name             = "example"
  hash_key         = "pk"
  billing_mode     = "PAY_PER_REQUEST"
  # ⬇️⬇️⬇️
  on_demand_throughput {
    max_read_request_units = 1000
    max_write_request_units = 1000
  }
