Print exact version used

When using relaxed version constraints it would be useful to see which exact version was setup without needing to check manually.

I would expect calling and printing output of terraform -version as the last part of this action.

I still believe there should be something built in, so that extra steps aren't needed. Extra steps mean extra complexity.
Also, checking exact version is often an afterthought.
