Overview of the Issue

We used to have some default metrics on the topology UI:

Since I upgraded to 1.16.6 those metrics are gone, I only have the "open dashboard" hyperlink:

Is this a bug or feature?

Reproduction Steps

Use Consul version 1.16.x or 1.17.x. Go back to 1.15.x, and the metrics are there.

Describe the solution you'd like

Get back those default metrics.
