The git version of winit has fixed issue of transparent window. But running on linux with egui_wgpu_backend still get no transparent background.

Also winit 0.26 broke transparency on Windows 11: rust-windowing/winit#2082 So we turned transparency off in the egui demo app when updating: emilk/egui#930
