H2 version 2.2.224 with MODE=PostgreSQL does not support the new NO KEY UPDATE locking mode (added in PostgreSQL 9.3).

Greetings!

Please understand that H2 does not guarantee (or even aim) for 100% PostgreSQL compatibility.
Instead it provides some assorted Postgres/Oracle/MSSQLServer support for convenience.

So very likely, this is "Won't fix" and can be closed.
