contributors that are using old Samsung browsers cannot make payments

Contributors visiting with old versions of the Samsung Browser should be redirected to a "please upgrade your browser" page.
Instead, they are able to navigate through to the payment processing.

If they select to pay by paypal, paypal will redirect them to a please upgrade your browser page.
If they select to pay by card, when they click the "pay by card" button, nothing happens.

An error message is logged:
