Create a more descriptive data model for Salesforce API results as per
An alternative would be to have the API return more descriptive HTTP codes
We've exposed parseResponseToResult for testing as spying on the SalesforceService is hard and annoying in testing. This is also partially due to the fact we use inheritance for WebServiceHelper
