Extract formatter into a separate gem

Reasons

• it has nothing to do with Guard::RSpec, except that it creates a result file
• it would be easier to maintain as a separate project (due to RSpec compatibility and require-related bugs)
• it would be potentially useful outside Guard::RSpec as well (probably useful for editors loading results while still showing colors, different output formats, multiple result files)
